Always use secure communications in your financial transactions
- Always check that the locked padlock icon is displayed at the bottom righthand corner of your browser window.
- The URL in the address bar must start with https:// and a valid digital certificate is issued to the site.
- Always take care when you are using a computer for financial transactions in public places such as Internet cafes, educational institutions, libraries, airports, and hotels, etc.Do not respond if you are prompted to save your login details.
- Never ever leave your computer unattended when you are connected to any Internet banking site. Make sure that you logout of the site fully after you finish your Internet banking session.
