ISEA Workshop for School Children

C-DAC Mohali has conducted the Information Security Education and Awareness workshop at Kendriya Vidyalaya, AFS, Zirakpur(Chandigarh) to 110 children and 6 teachers. The children from 7th standard participated in the workshop and were actively involved during the sessions.
Topics on phishing, safe browsing, securing your personal details online were discussed broadly and the precautions to be taken while surfing on Internet were briefly elaborated. Information regarding how to secure your Computer from different internet threats online as well as offline. Interactiveness with the children created the environment to express their views and problems over internet.
The feedback from them truly represented their satisfaction from the workshop.
