3 foreigners held for email fraud

The Cyber Crime Police on Monday arrested three foreigners who were cheating people using false lottery emails.
Mr U. Ram Mohan, additional SP of the Cyber Crimes wing, said, "We received a complaint on December 21 that a Nigerian was cheating people in the name of Microsoft lottery email. He has swindled lakhs of rupees." Mr Ram Mohan said, “A team of the cyber crime wing went to Delhi and raided the house of the accused. A Nigerian, a South African and a woman from Ivory Coast were arrested. They will be produced before the magistrate.
We are investigating further into the matter.” The police officials said they made the complainant contact the accused and traced their location with the help of experts.
