CALL FOR PAPERS AND PROPOSALS
The third ISEA International Conference on Security and Privacy (ISEA-ISAP 2020) will be held in Guwahati, Assam, India on the beautiful campus of IIT Guwahati. The conference will feature a comprehensive high quality technical program, Doctoral Dissertation Award, a variety of tutorials and PhD forum. Top three best papers and dissertations will be awarded prize money. ISEA-ISAP 2020 will include keynotes and invited talks from prominent researchers from academia and industry.

REGULAR / SHORT PAPERS : Submissions are invited for regular papers (10 pages) /short papers (6 pages). Top three best papers will be awarded prize money of Rs 25 K, Rs 15 K and Rs 10K respectively. All selected papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore (pending approval).
DOCTORAL DISSERTATION AWARD : Submissions of dissertations are invited from doctoral students who have carried out their research in India, in the area of security. The dissertation should have been submitted between 1-Mar-2015 to 31-Dec-2019. Top three thesis will be awarded prize money of ` 50 K, ` 30 K and ` 20 K respectively.
TUTORIALS : Proposals are invited for half- or full-day tutorials in all security and privacy topics.
PHD FORUM : A three page extended abstract submission is invited from graduate students (Master’s and PhD) to showcase early stage research.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Paper/Tutorial submission: 10 Nov 2019
- PhD forum submission: 30 Nov 2019
- PhD dissertation submission: 31 Dec 2019
- Paper acceptance notification: 10 Jan 2020
- Dissertation (final round candidates): 25 Jan 2020
- Camera ready: January 30, 2020
- Fellowship application: February 5, 2020
