When you suspect that someone knows your password, change it immediately

  • To confirm your identity, you'll be prompted to answer a few questions Once you've answered at least one of the questions, you will get an e-mail with instructions for changing your password
  • If you don’t receive an e-mail immediately, make sure that the e-mail address listed in your account is correct Then, check the spam filtering settings on your e-mail account to see if the filter is preventing you from receiving e-mail
